What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. By tapping into the rhythm of the fluid flowing through your central nervous system, it releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain. This allows the body to relax and self correct, thus improving whole body health and performance. In this way, your body’s “inner wisdom” is able to naturally eliminate pain and stress, strengthen your resistance to disease, and enhance your health and well-being.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL SESSION LIKE?
Sessions are typically one hour. Clients are fully clothed on a massage table.
Alignment and blockages are assessed by observing the posture and feeling the CranioSacral rhythm through the top of the head, or sometimes through the feet and measurement of the feet while lying on the table. From there, the body shows which areas of the body need to be addressed. Typically gentle adjustments are made at the head, neck, sacrum, or hips.
All sessions are by appointment only.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A 1-HOUR SESSION?
Because of the chaos and financial instability in the world today, I'm offering a sliding scale to those in need of $100. to $160. for a one hour session. Payment is due at the time of the session. Accepted payment methods are: cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.
